Troubleshooting Videos

If you are experiencing difficulties playing our videos, it may be because of your cookies settings. Certain cookies are needed to make sure our content is functional. Google Chrome is the preferred browser for our content. If you prefer using other browsers, or have difficulties with your Chrome browser, please follow the instructions below:

Apple Safari

  1. In your browser menu bar, click on Safari and select Preferences.
  2. Click on the the Privacy tab.
  3. De-select Prevent cross-site tracking.
  4. Refresh the window or tab with the video you're trying to view, and click play if necessary.

Microsoft Edge

  1. In your browser window on the upper right corner, click on the Menu button, and then click on Settings.
  2. On the left panel, click on Privacy, search, and services.
  3. Under Tracking prevention, do one of the following:
    1. Click on Exceptions, select Add a site, enter shop.gtkpress.com, and then click on Add; OR
    2. Select the Basic profile; OR
    3. Turn off Tracking prevention.
  4. Refresh the window or tab with the video you're trying to review, and click play if necessary.

Google Chrome

  1. In your browser window on the upper right corner, click on the Menu button, and then click on Settings.
  2. On the left panel, select Privacy & security.
  3. Click on Cookies and other site data.
  4. Do one of the following:
    1. Under Sites that can always use cookies, click on the Add button, enter shop.gtkpress.com, check the box that says Including third-party cookies on this site, and then click Add; OR
    2. Under General settings, select Allow all cookies.
  5. Refresh the window or tab with the video you're trying to view, and click play if necessary.
